Jennifer is a 1988 graduate of Dartmouth College and received her law degree in 1992 from the College of William and Mary, where she was a member of the William and Mary Law Review. Before joining Fasulo Braverman & Di Maggio, she worked as an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York City, and prior to that she held clerkships both in the New York State Appellate Division and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She specializes in legal writing, particularly appeals and complex motion practice, and she has a strong substantive background in corporate and antitrust law. She speaks fluent English and German and conversational French and Spanish. She is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
