Jennifer Arlin. An attorney with more than twenty years of experience writing winning motions and briefs, Jennifer Arlin focuses on writing-intense projects, such as trial motions, appellate briefs, and applications for post-conviction relief. Her experience includes work at some of New York City’s most prestigious law firms, as well as clerkships in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Department. She is also an adjunct professor at Pace University Law School, where she teaches Advanced Appellate Advocacy and coaches the National Moot Court Team. She joined the practice as an associate in 2010.
Michael Giordano. An associate of the firm, Mr. Giordano's areas of practice include white collar defense, commercial litigation, and real estate transactions. He represents individuals subjected to government investigations or charged with a federal offense. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in matters related to contract or business disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was an honors extern at the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. He interned for the Honorable Judge Travis L. Francis, A.J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court, where he worked on matters including commercial general liability coverage, commercial litigation, and administrative appeals. He earned his J.D., cum laude, from Pace University School of Law where he was an Articles Editor for the Pace International Law Review. He also served as a trial director on the Advocacy Honors Board where he coached and competed on national trial competition teams. Michael is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey state courts, as well as the federal district court for the Southern District of New York.
Icelsa Gonzalez. Bilingual paralegal in the firm. She also is an office manager. She has been with the firm since 2007.
