Louis Fasulo has been practicing for more than 30 years in criminal defense, commercial litigation, real estate, and employment law. He is a great strategist and a tenacious litigator. Mr. Fasulo graduated Drew University with honors and a degree in Political Science Sociology. He received his JD from Pace Law School where he was awarded the prestigious Deans Award. He then began an eleven year journey as a Public Interest Attorney at the Legal Aid Society Criminal Defense Division. He successfully litigated criminal matters from low level to the most serious offenses. He also was part of the New York County Executive Management team and Directed all Staff Development Programing for management, staff attorneys and support personnel. Since leaving The Legal Aid Society he has been a Partner in his own law firm which has evolved over the last twenty years and has been a part of Sullivan and Galleshaw firm as of counsel since its inception.
Mr. Fasulo currently focuses on complex commercial and criminal trial work. Mr. Fasulo serves as General Counsel to many medium and small businesses and is currently Counsel to Parkchester South Condominium. In these position, he advises the board and helps implement and execute operational policy for the entities. In addition, he defends the organization in litigation ranging from employment matters to business conflicts.
Lou is the Director of Advocacy Programs and a four-time recipient of the “Professor of the Year” award at Pace University Law School. He has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Fordham Law School and St. John’s School of Law. He has taught courses on trial skills, pretrial litigation, forensics, mediation and advanced seminars on litigation strategies. In addition, he has lectured for the New York City Law Department and has provided in house trainings for many entities.
Sam has been practicing for more than 20 years in criminal defense, at both the trial and appellate level. He has won acquittals in highly publicized cases in federal and state courts, and reversals in New York and New Jersey state courts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Sam has substantial experience in white collar criminal defense including securities fraud, commercial bribery and honest services, conspiracy, and tax litigation. Sam is an active member of a number of bar associations, and has served as President of the Bronx Bar Association. Sam also served as a prosecutor in New Jersey. Known for his creative solutions to complex client problems, Sam has conducted over 100 criminal jury trials, and has been named a Super Lawyer for the past three years.
Charlie has been practicing for more than 20 years in the field of commercial real estate, construction litigation, and real estate transactional work including commercial real estate and residential leasing. He represents one of the largest real estate holding companies in the United States, and advises companies large and small on strategic planning. Charlie is a former Deputy Commissioner of Housing Preservation and Development. In addition to being an attorney, Charlie has served as a Property Manager of one of the largest housing complexes in New York. His practice area also includes employment related issues, and condominium and cooperative law.
